Stretch Out

STRETCH OUT is a fun, two-part educational video featuring stretches for individuals with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Therapist Tina Duong and an awesome group of boys show how it’s done!

  • Part One provides detailed instructions for stretching the muscles commonly affected by DMD.
  • Part Two gives individuals a chance to actively perform the stretches along with the kids in the video.

Please ensure that you understand how to correctly perform these stretches before beginning the second section of the video. Always remember to consult with your physician and physical therapist before starting any new exercise routine. Enjoy stretching out!
